What is a Personal Break:

When you purchase an item for a "personal break" you are purchasing that entire box/pack for yourself to be opened by us live on our channel. All contents of this break will go to you only.

Once you purchase the item on our website, you will receive a notification from us regarding the time of the break for your item(s). We are usually live everyday from 7pm-11pm Eastern Standard time.

Shipping is included in all personal breaks prices. Free Standard shipping is included. If you would require expedited shipping services or insurance on your package, you may purchase said services through us immediately after the break of your items. Please notify us immediately after the break to ensure your request is met.
