Refund policy

House of Breaks does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item purchased is deemed defective and still factory sealed. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at houseofbreaksusa@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail within a reasonable period of time whether or not you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a refund or replacement, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.


  • There are no returns for items from group break or personal break purchases.
  • Returns are accepted for Personal Box/Packs and supplies purchases ONLY if the items HAVE NOT been opened and are still factory sealed. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping on these items.
  • If you receive another person’s cards by mistake, we will cover all shipping costs to have those cards returned. We will also credit your account with $10 in House Dollaz for your honesty
